Elevate your career in luxury hospitality as the Director of Rooms Division at Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa. We are searching for an experienced leader in hotel management for the Director of Rooms Division position. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hotels. Responsibilities will include guiding the front office, housekeeping, and guest services, while ensuring exceptional standards are met across all departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Rooms Division aligned with service standards
- Champion a guest-centric service culture
- Drive performance metrics on guest satisfaction
- Oversee operational audits and quality assurance
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years in Rooms Division leadership
- Proven record of improving guest satisfaction
- Experience managing a unionized workforce
- Bilingualism in English and French desired
