Define and implement the manufacturing strategy (material flow, production cells, workstations)

Conduct time studies and balance operations to optimize workstations
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop tools and support production launch projects

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you'll thrive in this role:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent training
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing concepts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
