DIALOG seeks a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Lead to oversee its Private Sector initiatives, including Mixed-Use Living and Hospitality. Your role involves strategy development, managing pursuit pipelines, and coordinating submissions. You'll collaborate with team leaders, identifying mid- and long-term opportunities that align with our goals for community impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of practice group portfolios
- Manage opportunity acquisition via DIALOG’s CRM system
- Coordinate win strategies for key opportunities
- Oversee content and asset planning for practice areas
- Identify visibility-building opportunities including awards and PR
- 8+ years in marketing and business development
- Related post-secondary education in marketing or communications
- Strong writing, editing, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign
- Passion for enhancing community wellbeing through design
