We are currently hiring Cooks for multiple hospitality employers across the Lower Mainland .

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes as per recipes and standards
• Assist with menu preparation, food portioning, and plating
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor ingredient levels and support inventory control processes
• Manage proper food storage, labelling, and stock rotation
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams
• Maintain smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
