Who We're Looking for?
NapSteel seeks an experienced and motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team. This role will be a permanent, full-time position and is located at our Surrey branch.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality inspections (visual and structural) of the products to ensure product compliance
- Identify documents and report any deviations from quality standards (NCR), including physical and chemical tests of product.
- Communicate quality issues to relevant departments and provide input of corrective measures
- Improve and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Experience in the inspection of steel pipe products and quality control inspection
- Meticulous attention to detail is required
- Organized, efficient and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated & able to problem solve within a fast paced, constantly growing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and a team player
