We are seeking a Guidewire Jutro Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of modern digital experiences on the Guidewire platform.
This role will focus on building responsive, scalable front-end solutions using Jutro while collaborating closely with backend Guidewire teams, architects, and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate brings strong Guidewire Digital experience, hands-on Jutro development skills, and the ability to thrive in an agile, hybrid delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize user interfaces using Guidewire Jutro
- Build responsive, reusable UI components aligned with Guidewire best practices
- Integrate Jutro applications with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter APIs
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and solution architectsParticipate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activitiesTroubleshoot UI issues and optimize performance across devices and browsers
- Support Guidewire upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiativesContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software development with Guidewire Digital exposure
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro FrameworkStrong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Guidewire Jutro certification or Guidewire product certifications
- Experience in P&C insurance domainCI/CD pipeline exposure (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience with accessibility and performance optimization
Rate : 80-90$ per hour as incorporated
