Director Marketing & Communications at Miller Waste

Drive strategic marketing initiatives with Miller Waste Systems as their Director of Marketing & Communications in Markham, Ontario. Lead brand development and implement communications strategies that resonate across platforms. This full-time leadership role reports to the Senior Vice President. You'll leverage your expertise in marketing, branding, and communication to guide internal and external initiatives. Responsibilities include managing social media, executing marketing programs, and enhancing stakeholder engagement to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide corporate oversight for marketing and social media strategies
• Develop and implement marketing policies and brand updates
• Guide the development of integrated marketing communication campaigns
• Lead trade show planning and execution to maximize impact
• Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in leading marketing strategies
• Proven track record in team building and coaching
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel as needed
