This is a proactive, sales-focused role centered on business development, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities through outbound outreach
• Building and maintaining a pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Establishing strong relationships with clients and local business partners
• Assessing client needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions
• Consistently managing follow-up and pipeline activity to drive results
• Providing ongoing client support to strengthen relationships and generate future opportunities
• Representing the agency professionally within the community
• Committment to a positive team work environment

• OTL or LLQP license preferred
• Willingness to obtain licensing with company support if not already licensed
