BSN Nursing Instructors

Duties : Instructor opportunities are available to teach in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program on-call/as-required for Fall 2026, as well as a Term, part-time (between 50% and 100% workload) for the winter semester. You will be assigned to teach in a variety of settings, which may include classroom and lab instruction and clinical practicums in Acute Medical/Surgical or Long Term Care facilities. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your expertise and mentor the next generation of nurses.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have current registration with BCCNP, a Nursing Degree and a relevant Master's Degree. Registered Nurses enrolled in a Master's program or able to commit may be considered. Strong clinical skills and recent clinical experience in Acute Care, Medical/Surgical or Gerontology is an asset along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also have well developed computer skills and experience with adult learners is desirable.

Salary : As per the Faculty Salary Schedule and depending on qualifications, instructional and related work experience, the salary for Term, full-time employees is in a range from $81,706.92 to $130,931.52 (this includes 16% in lieu of vacation)and is pro-rated to workload. As per the Faculty Salary Schedule and depending on qualifications, instructional and related work experience, the salary for auxiliary employees is $44.89 to $60.26 per hour (this includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation).
