Brand Marketing AI Training Architect
Mercor
Mercor in Toronto designs high-fidelity simulated brand marketing environments used to test AI agents across email, CRM, analytics and ads. You will design briefs, artifacts, and the judgments a strong practitioner would reach, including planted issues and correct decision criteria.
Responsibilities include specifying documents and dashboards, writing reference answers and scoring rubrics, and reviewing agent attempts against your standards.
