Inside Sales Representative

Truefoam is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to support and grow our building supply yard market vertical. If you're passionate about sales, relationship building, and helping customers find the right insulation solutions, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Strategy, the Inside Sales Representative, Building Yards plays a key role in supporting and expanding Truefoam's building yard market vertical. Working closely with our Territory Managers, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping customers find solutions that meet their business needs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through proactive outreach and occasional site visits as required.
• Support Territory Managers in executing sales initiatives, account growth strategies, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage assigned portfolio of customer accounts with defined sales and gross margin targets.
• Actively contact customers to promote products, special programs, and seasonal initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and recommend appropriate insulation solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and present product recommendations, pricing proposals, and value-added solutions tailored to customer business needs.
• Develop and manage the building yard vertical sales pipeline within assigned accounts, ensuring consistent follow-up and execution of sales activities.
• Monitor performance against assigned sales and margin quotas and implement actions to achieve objectives.
• Stay informed on industry developments and competitive market activity.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience : 2+ years of inside and outbound sales, account management, or customer service experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or manufacturing sector.
• Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret customer needs and recommend solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications : Sales training or certifications considered an asset.
