Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $48,000-$55,000 per year

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shop Manager to lead our new shop in Regent Mall .

As a brand champion in a new market, you will play a key role in building awareness of Purdys, creating memorable customer experiences, and establishing a high-performing retail team. Your success will come from your ability to connect with customers, inspire your team, and drive results in a fast‑paced retail environment. This is a permanent full‑time position requiring open availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

You will have the opportunity to:

• Drive sales performance and achieve profit targets
• Lead day‑to‑day shop operations with efficiency and excellence
• Recruit, interview, and hire top talent
• Build, coach, and develop a strong retail team
• Manage scheduling and team performance
• Act as a liaison between the shop and the Purdys Support Office
• Champion Purdys’ values, culture, and customer‑obsessed service
• Maintain inventory levels to support daily operations

You will be a good fit if you have:

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive management experience in retail or hospitality
• A passion for chocolate and premium products
• Strong sales focus and results‑driven mindset
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Energy, positivity, and a love for connecting with people
