As the leader of product design for men’s apparel, your role is crucial in aligning product development with market needs. You will manage a talented design team, leveraging more than a decade of experience to push the boundaries of design excellence. Together, you will create apparel that meets the rigorous demands of outdoor athletes, ensuring an unparalleled consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish design direction in line with brand strategy
• Lead teams in executing comprehensive design plans
• Innovate solutions for optimal performance conditions
• Collaborate on product strategy with women's apparel

Requirements:
• Degree in design or engineering related to textiles
• 12+ years in technical apparel, including leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge of garment construction
• Strong ties to climbing and snow sports cultures
