Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience running manufacturing machinery? We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Machine Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely set up, start, monitor, and shut down manufacturing machinery (e.g., extrusion, molding, pressing, or packaging equipment).

Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specification standards.

Troubleshooting: Identify minor mechanical issues or process irregularities and make necessary adjustments.

Maintenance & Cleanliness: Perform basic routine machine maintenance (clearing jams, cleaning tooling, lubricating parts) and maintain a clean, organized work station.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (Extrusion, Plastic Molding, Stamping, or similar machinery preferred).

Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using basic hand tools, reading blueprints/spec sheets, and understanding mechanical concepts.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defect patterns or minor machine errors quickly.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.

Work Ethic: Reliable attendance, strong safety mindset, and a great team-player attitude.

Responsibilities
