Remote Policy Governance Coordinator FNTI

Join FNTI as a Remote Policy Governance Coordinator and lead the modernization of essential policies. This full-time contract role focuses on governance implementation and policy oversight. In this pivotal position, you will coordinate FNTI's policy modernization project while collaborating closely with leadership and departments. Your expertise in policy analysis, management, and governance implementation will be key to ensuring policies align with best practices. You'll also facilitate communication between committees, track project milestones, and produce essential documentation for staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the approved Policy Governance Framework
- Review policies for duplication and inconsistencies
- Maintain a comprehensive policy inventory
- Coordinate policy review and approval workflows
- Monitor progress on project deliverables
- Degree in Public Administration or a related field
- Experience in policy analysis and governance
- Background in project coordination and administrative workflows
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Understanding of Indigenous governance practices is a plus
