Senior Estimator Role in Ottawa

You will prepare detailed estimates, mentor junior estimators, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Supporting bid presentations and managing pricing data will also be key components of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for ICI projects
- Analyze specifications and project drawings thoroughly
- Collaborate with teams to gather necessary data
- Maintain a comprehensive pricing database
- Identify project risks and opportunities
- 10+ years in commercial estimating, with 6+ years on large bids
- Proven experience with a General Contractor
- Strong command of digital construction tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Educational background in construction management
