Project Sales Manager

The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities within our target market segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine and sell cost effective solutions.

· Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects.

· Ensure professional quality services in all facets of work.

· Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables.

· Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations.

· Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation, and other factors necessary for success.

· Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project.

· Maintain and grow current business and client relationships.

· Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required.

· Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.

· Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of previous estimating experience is required.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

· Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.

· Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades.

· Knowledge of building codes and standards.

· Valid driver's license is required.
