Advertising Operations Coordinator

The Advertising Operations Coordinator is the glue between our clients, strategists and advertising operations team members. You ensure no ball is dropped while the Senior Advertising Strategist or Advertising Operations Manager are in or between meetings. You triage client requests, keep the ticket queue moving and ensure the Senior Advertising Operations Specialist has everything they need to succeed.

What You Will Do

• Ticket Management & Client Liaison: You serve as the primary operational link between the client and the advertising team, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries within the ticket queue. Your role involves triaging incoming requests, managing client expectations regarding turnaround times, and translating complex strategist or client needs into detailed technical briefs. To ensure total alignment, you attend client calls (or review call recordings) as needed to capture specific action items and technical requirements, ensuring that no detail is lost between the strategist or client’s vision and the final execution.
• Advertising Operations Support: In addition to triage, you will provide direct support by executing small campaign tasks and managing routine ticket updates to assist the Senior Advertising Operations Specialist with high-volume fulfillment, such as budget updates or pauses, answering questions, or applying minor changes mentioned in a client call directly to the campaign
• Creative Coordination & OEM Compliance: You take full ownership of the internal creative pipeline by acting as the direct liaison to the design team for all ad asset requirements. You are responsible for submitting linked escalation requests for new assets, resizes, and price-point overlays, while ensuring that all imagery and video meet manufacturer standards prior to launch. By gathering and organizing all necessary technical documentation for OEM co-op reimbursement—including live screenshots and compliance checks—you protect the dealership's budget and prevent potential reimbursement rejections.

What You Will Need

• Experience: 1-3 years in an agency or fast-paced office environment; entry-level candidates with a high adaptability quotient can be considered.
• Organizational Mastery: High proficiency with ticketing systems (Zoho, Jira, or similar) and project management.
• Customer Service: High emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm and professional with demanding clients.
• Basic Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM and GA4 to be able to answer questions without escalating or create a brief that doesn’t require Ad Ops to ask what you’re talking about.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay for this full-time position is $48,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
