Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sales growth as per Product Line targets, lead negotiations of pricing / claims, lead customer satisfaction metrics, developing the customer strategy for assigned client.
- Lead Market Analysis and sales planning of global projects for customers.
- Support plant topics for delivery issues, and engineering changes.
- Key team member of the Actuation sales team and supporting or filling in for other Sales team as needed.
- Process improvements on commercial topics (Quote process, Tooling collection).
- Negotiation of terms and conditions, gain legal support when required.
- Dealing with confidential topics.
- External communication with customer puchasing and engineering teams, Internal communication with all functions for preparing quotes and commercial topics, Building customer relationships is critical to the success of this role
- Implementing changes at our production facilities, promoting new products as required
- Sales planning and strategies for products / customers
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 10 Years of automotive or industrial experience from either engineering, project management or previous sales/account management experience.
- Applicants must be authorized to legally work in Canada.
- Experience in building customer relationships while maintaining existing business.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
