We're looking for a Social & Influence Specialist who thrives in the space where creativity meets execution. Someone who's just as comfortable filming a TikTok on an iPhone as they are building a content calendar, managing creators, interpreting performance data, or spotting the next trend before everyone else.

The Opportunity

You'll join a collaborative team of social strategists, creators and specialists delivering integrated social and influence programs for some incredible brands.

Depending on the client, campaign or stage of work, you'll own defined workstreams—from creating social-first content and managing channels to supporting creator partnerships, community management, reporting and campaign execution.

Content creation is at the heart of this role.

We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable behind a content calendar and behind a camera. Someone who knows when a quick lo-fi Reel is exactly what's needed—and when it's time to elevate the production.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your time:

• Creating platform-first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and whatever comes next.
• Capturing and editing engaging photo and video content using mobile and professional editing tools.
• Building content calendars and supporting day-to-day channel management.
• Writing captions, social copy and content briefs that sound like real people—not marketing.
• Managing creator and influencer relationships from research through execution.
• Monitoring communities, identifying opportunities and helping brands join conversations in meaningful ways.
• Using performance data to understand what worked, what didn't and what to test next.
• Collaborating with Account, Creative, Media, Design, Production and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Helping keep multiple projects moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

What You Bring

We're less interested in checking every box than finding someone who's genuinely passionate about social.

You'll Likely Have

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, digital marketing, public relations or integrated communications, ideally within an agency environment.
• Experience managing brand social channels, publishing content, supporting creator partnerships and analyzing performance.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Confidence filming and editing short-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Strong writing skills and an instinct for platform voice, storytelling and audience engagement.
• The ability to spot meaningful trends in performance data and turn those insights into stronger creative work.
• Excellent organization, sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
• Experience using Sprout Social or comparable publishing and reporting platforms.
