Field Lead Generation Representative - Attic Insulation Division

About the Role We are hiring outgoing and motivated Field Lead Generation Representatives to support our attic insulation sales team. This role is focused on generating qualified homeowner leads through face-to-face outreach in residential neighborhoods. You are the first point of contact—sparking interest, educating homeowners on energy savings, and booking high-quality appointments for our in-home sales consultants. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based income without the pressure of closing full sales. This is a full-time independent contractor position.
