What You’ll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify, research, and engage decision-makers within target industrial, automation, manufacturing, engineering, robotics, mining, and processing organizations.
• Build and maintain targeted account lists, ensuring accurate prospect and company information.
• Qualify leads based on company fit, project timing, budget, and decision-making authority.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the VP of Sales & Marketing and the Automation sales team.
• Maintain accurate records, outreach activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Coordinate follow-up activities with the sales team and participate in weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Provide weekly activity and performance reports to support visibility on lead generation results.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in lead generation, business development, SDR, inside sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
• Experience selling or supporting industrial, automation, manufacturing, engineering, robotics, or technical solutions is a strong asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong phone presence and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment while multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required in order to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
