Seasonal Courier-2

You've sold technology to cities. Now help change how cities work.

Archistar is looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Director – Government Solutions to help drive our continued growth across Canada.

We're looking for an experienced GovTech sales professional who understands the Canadian municipal market, the people, procurement environment, challenges cities face and what it takes to build trusted, long-term government relationships.

If you've built your career selling permitting, land management, planning, GIS, civic technology, digital government or enterprise SaaS solutions to municipalities , we'd like to talk.

Why this opportunity is different

Archistar is at the forefront of applying AI to one of the biggest challenges facing cities today - modernising planning and building approvals and helping communities get housing and development moving faster.

Our world-leading AI PreCheck technology helps municipalities improve the quality of applications entering the permitting process, assess planning and building requirements earlier and create better experiences for government teams, applicants and communities.

Our technology is already being used by municipalities across Canada and internationally, and we're continuing to grow our Canadian team and presence.

Now is a great time to join Archistar as we continue to grow our footprint across Canada.

The opportunity

As Regional Sales Director , you'll own new government business across your territory and play an important role in building Archistar's presence in the Canadian GovTech market.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy. You'll personally develop opportunities, build strategic relationships and lead complex municipal technology sales from first conversation through procurement and contract.

What you'll do

• Build and execute a territory strategy across Canadian local government.
• Create and develop a strong pipeline of new municipal opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, Chief Building Officials, planning and development leaders, permitting teams, procurement executives and other government stakeholders.
• Identify municipalities looking to modernise planning, permitting and development approvals.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement and discovery through demonstrations, business cases, procurement and contract.
• Navigate RFPs, RFQs, public-sector procurement and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
• Develop strategic relationships across the Canadian municipal and GovTech ecosystem.
• Work closely with our Government Solutions, Customer, Product, Technology and Marketing teams to turn opportunities into successful long-term partnerships.
• Represent Archistar at government, municipal and industry events.
• Bring market intelligence and customer insight into the business as we continue to evolve our technology for Canadian municipalities.
• Own your pipeline, forecasting and revenue performance.
