Job Title: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)
Available Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Burlington, ON (Appleby Line and Mainway)
Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Type: Temporary to permanent
Start Date: Immediately
We're hiring skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a warehouse position in Burlington. This is an immediate opening for candidates who are confident communicators and perform well in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
What you'll do:
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport and stack pallets
- Load and unload freight from trailers
- Use an RF scanner for order picking and inventory tasks
- Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50lbs
- Take on additional tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of recent, hands-on forklift experience
- A valid forklift certification (in-house or third-party)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Familiarity with RF scanning systems is an asset
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting up to 50lbs
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check
