• Be involved in the approach to the CX solutions Sales process
• Become an expert on our CX solutions and portfolio
• Research on latest CX tool and platforms in market
• Create comparative analysis on EXL CX solutions with market leading products
• Communicate analyses by preparing presentations for and participating in C-level discussions

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electronics or computer engineering or AI related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, solid technical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
• 0-2 years' experience with Contact Center/CCaaS/Conversational AI skills and hands-on approach
