Manager Analytics Insurance Strategy

Lead insurance analytics from Calgary or Toronto, translating complex data into actionable insights with Excel, SQL, and Power BI expertise.BrokerLink seeks a Manager, Analytics with strong business acumen and strategic thinking. You will guide analytics initiatives supporting operational performance, customer experience, retention, growth, Commercial Insurance, and incentive reporting. The role combines team leadership, stakeholder management, business modelling, predictive analytics, and clear communication.Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic analytics initiatives across insurance business prioritiesTranslate complex data into insights and recommendationsOwn analytics roadmap, intake, priorities, and delivery risksCoach teams and strengthen documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuityEnsure reporting accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and testingRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical or business disciplineThree-plus years’ experience in the insurance industryFive-plus years’ experience managing teamsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and MS AccessStrong analytical judgement, communication, planning, and stakeholder managementApply analytics leadership, insurance knowledge, and technical judgement to support reliable decisions at BrokerLink in Calgary or Toronto.
