Business Analyst - Senior - Contract - Hybrid

Our client requires a senior level Business Analyst on contract with ability to work Hybrid in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

• Coordinator and facilitate as lead / Senior BA on a program
• Compile strong recommendations to progress program initiatives
• Work on value creation in the face of constraints, differing opinions
• Support a group of Project Managers and Product Owners
• Be the expert in understanding strategic drivers to evaluate use cases
• Compiling and owning all program artifacts ie: roadmap, execution plan, risk registers
• Support timely resolution of gaps, conflicts, risks, and issues that arise.
• Be collaborative and engaging!
• Serve as the day to day contact for the team on clarification of requirements and support

Qualifications

• University degree and or 10 plus years related experience
• PMP, CBAP or other Business Analysis certification
• Minimum of 5 years of BA and/or Project/Program Management experience organizing and coordinating multiple products under a common program
• Deep knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques including: roadmap development, process mapping, risk analysis, financial evaluation, and decision tracking
• Expert on developing targeted presentations for diverse audiences including executives
• Intermediate knowledge of AI/ML product development and IIOT solutions.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and have worked in a co-located, cross-functional Scrum teams
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
