Summary
The Sales Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps achieve store sales goals. This customer-focused role supports Ralph Lauren brand standards, company initiatives, and a collaborative in-store environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily business and sales results by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
- Engage customers, build clientele, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
- Meet sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and support company initiatives.
- Share feedback with management on customer needs, category opportunities, successes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
