I honestly think we've built one of the coolest pharmacy practices in the country.
I've had people tell me I should stop posting these jobs because they sound made up.
Fair enough.
So here's what we actually offer
$100–105/hour (about $210K/year including a signing bonus and retention bonus)
️ Unlimited vacation
✈️ I'll pay for your flights home whenever you want
Plus benefits, RRSP match, maternity leave top-up, moving expenses, PEBC fees, federal student loan forgiveness, and Shoppers discount.
But honestly, if you're only looking at compensation, you're missing the best part.
We've built a pharmacy where pharmacists actually get to be pharmacists.
Our Medical Office Assistants schedule appointments, bill clinical services, and help with documentation.
That means pharmacists spend more time doing what they were trained to do: taking care of patients.
On a typical day, you'll work alongside 4–5 pharmacists and 9–10 pharmacy assistants and MOAs.
I hadn't seen a community pharmacy staffed like that before coming here.
Because of where we are, it's almost like working in four pharmacies under one roof.
Clinical practice? We have a pharmacist-led clinic.
Long-term care? We have a large blister pack program.
Specialty pharmacy? We do that too.
Busy community dispensary? Absolutely.
Most pharmacists have to pick one lane.
Here, you get to experience all of them.
And then there's the Yukon. ️

That's the kind of team we have.
What we're building has also been recognized outside the Yukon. The University of Waterloo has featured our pharmacy for our approach to practice, student mentorship, and innovation. We also received their Employer Impact Award for Innovation, and I was honoured to receive their Outstanding Co-op Supervisor Award.
I don't mention that to brag.
I mention it because we're trying to build a place where pharmacists can do meaningful work, keep learning, and actually enjoy coming to work.
