Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Manager

Shape the future of M&A taxation as a Senior Tax Manager at PwC. Engage in consultancy for diverse clients and navigate intricate tax landscapes successfully. In this leadership role within our M&A Tax practice, you will assess complex tax situations and provide tailored advice for local and overseas transactions. You will have opportunities to mentor associates, develop strategic tax practices, and perform financial analyses to secure clients' best interests through every stage of organizational change. Key Responsibilities:

Lead tax advisory in M&A transaction processes
Conduct thorough assessments of historical tax exposures
Guide clients through intricate tax restructuring
Coach junior staff and encourage professional growth
Deliver comprehensive financial models and risk analyses

Requirements:

Substantial expertise in M&A taxation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
CPA, CA or equivalent preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Fluency in French required for Quebec positions
