We are looking for a knowledgeable Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager with expertise in StrataJazz and hospital finance. You will handle cost accounting, financial modeling, and forecasting to drive profitability in our healthcare organization. Your role involves collaborating with leadership to improve financial results and support critical financial planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage StrataJazz Decision Support and Cost Accounting systems
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements for services and physician practices
- Analyze profitability, expenses, and reimbursement metrics
- Develop financial feasibility studies for strategic initiatives
- Train management on financial decision support tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 10 years in healthcare finance or decision support
- Hands-on experience with STRATA or StrataJazz software
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in presenting financial data to senior leaders
