Head of Lending Operations at BMO

BMO Financial Group

Lead Canadian Business Banking's lending strategy at BMO, optimizing client experience and operational excellence. Drive productivity and manage risks while enhancing lending processes. As a key leader, you will oversee national underwriting, portfolio performance, and operational management. This senior role requires extensive experience in financial services, particularly in segment and credit operations. You will foster collaboration with various stakeholders to align lending priorities with business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Direct national lending functions and support CBB clients
Improve operational productivity through workflow optimization
Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation
Ensure timely execution of lending activities
Partner with key stakeholders to align lending services

Requirements:

University degree, MBA preferred
10+ years in Financial Services management
Leadership in transforming financial operations
Knowledge of regulatory and internal risk management
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
