• Manage projects from planning through closeout stages
• Perform internal quality checks for design conformity
• Deliver detailed progress reports to executives
• Develop and lead the Energy Team in energy services

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of engineering or design management
• Proven experience leading design teams and initiatives
• Knowledge in energy auditing or modeling required
• Degree in engineering with P.Eng. certification
• Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills
