Your leadership in design will shape the future of energy solutions. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at WSP, you will lead innovative mechanical design projects dealing with diverse energy applications. Your background in an EPCM environment and over 15 years of design experience will empower you to tackle complex engineering challenges while mentoring newer talent in the field. Collaborating with clients like Investors, Utilities, and Contractors, your work will drive significant energy advancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct mechanical piping and equipment design
- Select and apply engineering procedures and standards
- Conduct advanced engineering analyses and calculations
- Design and develop P&IDs for power systems
- Create specifications for major equipment in projects
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of applicable design experience
- Licensed professional engineer (P.Eng, Ing, PE)
- Proficient in MicroStation or AutoCAD
- Experience utilizing Thermoflow and Caesar II
