Salary range

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc.
The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.M. to 8:00 p.M., with a rotating Saturday shift once every four weeks, from 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.This position includes a
6% evening premium
.Location:
This position is available at either our Laval or Montreal (Downtown) office.
What You’ll Do:Answer incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service.Serve as the first point of telephone contact for our customers as part of our
Automérite™
team.Answer customers’ questions and make adjustments to their accounts.Promote self-service by assisting and guiding customers through the various tools available online or through the mobile app.Send documents or copies of policies to customers.Address various customer needs, including answering general inquiries, processing re-enrollments following a cancellation, and resolving customer issues.
What You’ll Bring:At least six months of experience.Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and applications on
Apple and Android
devices.Experience in a call-centre environment is an asset.Independence, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other applications.Bilingualism in French and English
