People and Culture Manager Vancouver

Lead HR initiatives at EllisDon as a People and Culture Manager in Vancouver. Elevate employee experiences and implement pivotal HR programs for our diverse workforce. In this full-time role, you will manage the employee life cycle with a focus on EllisDon values and employee experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, and Onboarding while driving recruitment efforts. You’ll also tackle complex employee relations issues and analyze HR metrics to support business requirements.
