Title: Regional Nurse Manager - INTERNAL ONLY
Salary: $114,892 - $135,167 - $155,443 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Perm
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: West Kelowna or Kamloops, BC, located on the unceded ancestral territories of the Syilx or Secwépemc Nations – Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy.
About The Role
As the Regional Nurse Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across the region, fostering a culturally grounded, community-driven approach to care in partnership with First Nations communities and health system partners. You will lead and support a team of Community Health Practice Consultants who work alongside community nurses to strengthen clinical practice, care quality, and team-based service delivery. In this role, you will collaboratively advance interdisciplinary models of care, support professional practice and education for nurses across employers, and drive continuous improvement aligned with regional health and wellness priorities.

You will excel at building relationships, supporting and developing others, and collaborating across teams and systems to advance high-quality, integrated health services.
Education, Training And Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) is an asset.
- Eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse in BC
- Possession of a BCCNP practicing license
- 8-10 years of significant, recent and relevant experience.
- Experience in working successfully with First Nations communities and First Nations health programs and services.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
