Lead the Validation & Technology Transfer at DECIEM in Etobicoke. This full-time role focuses on technology scalability, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment. DECIEM is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee validation and technology transfer activities in its Etobicoke facility. In this role, you will direct end-to-end processes for product commercialization, focusing on process robustness and compliance with cGMP and FDA standards. You'll partner with various teams to ensure best practices in cleaning and equipment validation are met and maintained. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology transfer from pilot to commercial scale
• Drive validation master plan execution and risk assessments
• Oversee cleaning validation and compliance activities
• Mentor and manage a team, fostering collaboration
• Ensure audit readiness and data integrity standards

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in validation within pharmaceuticals
• Strong expertise in FMCG manufacturing and standards
• Excellent technical report writing and communication skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
