Lead Mobility Tax engagements at EY in Toronto, applying Canadian and US personal income tax expertise with globally connected clients and colleagues.As a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services, you will deliver Mobility Tax compliance and advisory solutions. The work includes analyzing client tax data, reviewing returns, advising on cross-border work, and supporting mobility policy and employer tax needs. You will also lead teams, engagements, and business development.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client tax data and determine Canadian and US filing positionsReview Canadian and US personal income tax returnsAdvise clients on working across tax jurisdictionsLead mobility engagements and business development effortsManage account financials, teams, performance, and client relationshipsRequirements:
Minimum seven years of US and/or Canadian personal income tax experienceBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldCPA or Enrolled Agent credential obtained or in progressExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional judgment, innovation, and current tax knowledgeBring cross-border tax expertise, leadership, and client advisory capabilities to EY's Mobility Tax practice in Toronto.
