SMB Sales Manager at Toptal

Toptal

Lead SMB sales growth as a Manager at Toptal, the world’s largest remote workforce. Drive client conversions and elevate team performance through consultative sales strategies. In this remote leadership role, you will guide Client Advisors in their consultative selling efforts. With at least three years in B2B sales, including direct leadership experience, you will enhance team performance by coaching through discovery, qualification, and portfolio selling. You’ll also manage performance and drive operational excellence, ensuring every Client Advisor meets high standards of accountability. Key Responsibilities:

Coach Client Advisors on effective sales techniques
Review calls and identify performance improvement areas
Recruit advisors with consultative sales potential
Own and refine the Client Advisor inbound playbook
Manage onboarding and ramp for new Client Advisors

Requirements:

3+ years in B2B sales with leadership experience
Proven track record in enhancing sales performance
Familiarity with CRM pipeline management
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
