Product Designer with AI Expertise

HappyCo

Join HappyCo as a Product Designer focused on AI-driven solutions and user experiences. You'll design impactful workflows and dashboards that enhance property management operations. In this autonomous role, you'll spearhead end-to-end product experiences, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead. Your work will address real customer problems within Inspections and Data, employing your expertise in AI to create intuitive mobile and web interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

Own the design and delivery of product areas
Translate complex data into user-friendly insights
Create workflows for property inspections and operations
Design AI-assisted dashboards and reporting experiences
Conduct user research to inform design decisions

Requirements:

5-8 years in web-based SaaS design
Proven experience with AI in product design
Strong systems thinking across interconnected products
High autonomy in leading projects
Excellent communication skills in ambiguous environments
