PROJECT MANAGER POSITION Company Description

Ball Construction is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual that will join our team. Reporting to our VP of Operations, this forward-thinking role is an integral person in our team. We are a family-run business that has 100+ years of experience in the business.
The candidate must be professional to help us grow our company for years to come. Strong communication skills, being team-oriented, tech-savvy, and strong leadership skills are key attributes of the individual we are looking for.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Lead, coordinate, and manage the entire project team, including site superintendent and project coordinator.
- Financial Management : Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cash flow, and cost reporting.
- Scheduling & Logistics : Develop and manage comprehensive work plans, project schedules (MS Project), and site logistics.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive strategic growth and repeat business.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and negotiate with vendors.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in the ICI construction industry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Project coordination and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction project management processes
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
- University or College degree in Engineering, or Architecture Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field.
