Assistant Store Manager - Lindt Montreal

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc

Take charge of retail excellence with Lindt & Sprüngli as an Assistant Store Manager in Greater Montreal. Drive sales and inspire teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences in premium chocolate retail. Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking passionate retail leaders for future Assistant Store Manager roles. This key position will assist with daily operations, generate corporate sales, and uphold exemplary customer service standards. You will also recruit Retail Sales Associates and manage store profitability while training staff on sales techniques and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the Lindt Chocolate Shop
Drive corporate sales through effective strategies
Oversee employee training and recruitment
Maintain high merchandising and cleanliness standards
Reconcile cash and manage daily paperwork

Requirements:

1-2 years retail management experience required
Post Secondary Education preferred
Customer service excellence is essential
Strong oral and written communication skills
Passion for chocolate and sales
