- Develop and evaluate regional access and flow strategies

- Champion innovative improvement programs across the health system
- Represent the Toronto Region in planning and resource discussions
- Master’s degree in health or business administration
- Eight years of leadership experience in healthcare
- Strong skills in strategic thinking and project management
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives effectively
- Expertise in quality improvement methods
