Remote Client Delivery Manager SAP

Drive client success as the ECS & SAP Client Delivery Manager in a remote setting. Ensure project alignment with customer goals and oversee SAP’s private cloud solutions. In this critical contract role, you will manage project operations and align service delivery to meet client expectations. Your experience with RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud will be essential for guiding customers effectively. Build strong relationships to foster satisfaction and commercial success while addressing challenges and escalations promptly. Key Responsibilities:
- Align service delivery with customer expectations
- Handle day-to-day operations and project challenges
- Foster customer relationships and satisfaction
- Conduct account management for commercial success
- Resolve escalations to enhance project delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years in customer-focused cloud roles
- Hands-on experience with SAP cloud solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proactive in problem-solving with solid technical knowledge
