Nanny Wanted - Looking For A Nanny Who Can Keep Our Active 15 Month Old Engaged And Learning!

Hi there my name is Pooja. About our family: We have a 1-year old daughter who is very sporty, loves reading and music, and is super friendly! I (the mom) work from home running my own health tech company. My husband is a physiotherapist with a flexible schedule at the hospital. What we are looking for: Ideally, we'll find a nanny who can start with us 2-3 weekdays (during business hours). We might need weekend help occasionally but do have other options for this. Where we are: we are located in the Clarkson area (border of Oakville and Mississauga) Rate: we are willing to pay higher rates for more experienced nannies who can help us part-time (16-24 hours on 2-3 weekdays during business hours). For full-time nannies, the hourly rate would be dependent on total hours you need per week and your ability to help me with my business as well (administrative tasks). Services And Training: We're hoping our nanny will help with playing (challenging her intellectually and physically), nap time, changing (diapers etc), supervising at mealtime, and meal preparation.
