The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations sits within the DIO Office of the COO (DCOO) and leads strategic projects across DIO, spanning planning, strategy, operations, and finance. This role suits a thought leader who is equally comfortable framing the problem and getting into the details to deliver the answer. You will take unstructured, ambiguous situations and turn them into clear, organized approaches that leaders can act on. You will also build the AI agents and workflows that make those approaches run at scale. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, move quickly as priorities shift, and bring structure without adding bureaucracy.Responsibilities
Strategic project leadership
Own and drive high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives from problem definition through execution and handoff, with minimal directionStructuring ambiguity
Frame open-ended business questions, define scope and success measures, and develop clear frameworks, options, and recommendationsStrategy and planning
Partner with the Senior Director and Director to shape annual and multi-year strategy, operating plans, and prioritization across DIO value streamsOperational excellence
Design and improve operating mechanisms, including governance, cadences, and decision forums, that help teams execute with clarity and paceFinancial partnership
Work with Finance and DIO leaders on budget planning, SG&A targets, resource allocation, and business case development, ensuring investments tie to outcomesCross-functional alignment
Build alignment across DIO functionsSurface dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early and drive timely resolutionExecutive communication
Develop concise, insight-led narratives, analyses, and materials for senior and executive leadership, with a clear point of view and recommended decisionsAI agent and workflow development
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and internal AI workflows that automate planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting across DIOIdentify where automation adds the most leverage, prototype quickly, and iterate with usersAI adoption and enablement
Partner with DIO teams to adopt AI-enabled ways of working, and document and share patterns so that solutions scale beyond a single use caseOrganizational leverage
Build reusable templates, playbooks, and mechanisms that scale how DIO plans, prioritizes, and deliversQualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, corporate strategy, business operations, program leadership, or management consulting, including significant time in a technology company or digital organizationProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion in fast-changing environmentsDemonstrated skill in turning ambiguous problems into structured plans, with strong analytical, quantitative, and financial acumenTrack record of influencing senior stakeholders without direct authorityExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive‑ready storytellingHands‑on working style: able to build the analysis or the plan yourself while also setting the directionStrong AI fluency, with hands‑on experience building internal AI workflows or agents (for example, using LLM platforms, prompt and agent design, or low‑code and automation tools) that have been adopted by a team or organizationPreferred Qualifications

The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
