Job Responsibility:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Overnight Bellperson is a crucial member of the guest services team, representing Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts during the night hours. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including guest transportation, ensuring the completion of nightly duties, and upholding the high service standards and safety protocols of CRMR.

As requiredDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely, courteous luggage delivery and guest transportation services between the hours of 11PM - 7AM.
- Drive hotel shuttle vans to transport guests to/from the property safely and efficiently.
- Assist with front office duties including but not limited to guest check-ins/check-outs, phone reception, preparing reports, and responding to guest requests and issues.
- Perform safety walks and verify security of all facilities during overnight shift.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues such as fire alarms, boiler checks, plumbing malfunctions etc.
- Ensure bell carts, shuttle vans and related equipment are properly maintained, cleaned and sanitized.
- Aid housekeeping team with overnight cleaning tasks in public areas and heart-of-house as needed.
- Act as night security presence and contact for resort staff and guests.
EXPERIENCE
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail and safety oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical requirements include the ability to endure long periods of standing, sitting, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds may be required).
- Comfortable working independently through the overnight shift.
