Lead operations and drive success as the Branch Manager at Joe Johnson Equipment. Oversee parts and service operations while fostering strong customer relationships to meet financial targets.
In this full-time role, you will provide strategic direction to branch employees, aligning their efforts with company goals. With over four years of leadership experience in heavy equipment or related industries, your focus will be on managing P&L, developing a high-performing team, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Engage with HR to recruit top talent and monitor sales and inventory to achieve annual financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the Parts & Service team
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
• Set and track annual branch goals and expenses
• Oversee daily operations and facility maintenance
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
• 4+ years of leadership experience in relevant industries
• Proven P&L management experience
• Ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for operational tasks
