Receptionist

The Moose Jaw Housing Authority is seeking a Receptionist to join our team.  We seek a detail-oriented person with a passion for organization who thrives in a busy environment while always maintaining a positive outlook.

Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for our organization  in-person and over the phone, this requires an energetic and welcoming communication style with a sincere desire to help!  The Receptionist provides daily support to our team, tenants, and the public.  Multitasking and prioritization are non-negotiable skills for this position, there are many tasks to be completed each day while managing the phones and more.  File management, data entry, payment processing, incoming and outgoing mail are also daily tasks for our Receptionist.

The successful candidate will also be adept at time management, have above-average Microsoft Office skills and be eager to learn our internet-based software.  

This is a permanent, full-time, in-scope opportunity with a competitive salary, benefits, and pension  as per the current CBA.  Hours of work are 8:20 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

We require a high school diploma and a post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field are considered a huge asset.  We are also hoping our candidate has at least one year of similar experience in an administrative setting.
